ABOUT THE ATTORNEY

After growing up in Oregon, I moved to the East Coast where I attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a cum laude distinction.   After college, I spent six month in South America and studied the language and had an internship with Habitat For Humanity in La Paz, Bolivia.  Upon returning home, I graduated from University of Richmond School of Law with cum laude distinction.  Upon moving to Washington in 2008, I had an internship with the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office and worked in the felony drug division.  In 2009 I began working for the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office in Kennewick where I handled adult felony cases.  I have argued before the Court of Appeal and have handled hundreds of cases in District and Superior Court.  Now I have offices in Washington and Oregon and look forward to helping you at this important time in your life.

A video production understanding is a critical document in any video project. It encapsulates the project's specifics, including the shoot plan, post-production steps, and compensation structure. This agreement on lawrina.orgdefines the responsibilities of both the content producer and the client, creating a clear roadmap for collaboration. It also anticipates potential roadblocks and includes contingency plans. The understanding establishes intellectual property ownership and determines how the final video can be utilized. By outlining these details, the agreement lays the groundwork for a seamless and productive partnership.
